In December my family decided it was time for my brother and I to finally purchase a home, and we decided to go with HPT Realty & Finance. My agent was Mitch (Minh) Doung. He is very kind, very patient, super energetic, and extremely friendly. Since I am new to buying a home, I asked a lot of questions and he would always provide me with immediate feedback. On some occasions I called him so many times throughout a given day that it may appear as if it I was somewhat of a nuisance. But no matter what time of the day and how busy he was, he was always there to answer my questions or setup an appointment to see me personally. As we all know, it is extremely difficult to buy a home in California even if you qualify for a loan. The inventory is low and there is high demand to own a home. After making countless offers, it felt like I was never going to own home. But Mitch told me to not give up! And surprisingly shortly after, we place an offer on a home and it was accepted! The process of closing escrow soon follow after. We also decided to finance our loan with the help of HPT Realty & Finance. Elena, Celine, and Andrew worked tirelessly for weeks to find us a lender and close escrow. We could not have own a home with their help! If you are in town for a Realtor and want someone with years of experience just ask for Mitch, you will not be disappointed! If you need help with the loan process I would also recommend asking for Elena!

We put our house up for sale in Westminster in July of 2013. David Lieu at HTP handled everything for us. We met with David and Mindy Luong at our house and planned a strategy.
